Since 2006 Equipment Market has been New Zealand Importer and Distributor of STM Power Transmission products made in Italy.  STM manufactures a vast range of industrial gearboxes, electric motors and electronic speed drives.

In 2007 Equipment Market bought the entire stock of Pyramid Machinery consisting of pre-owned gearboxes, electric motors, pumps, fans, hoists and transmission componentary making the combined inventory the largest in New Zealand.  This has widened the client base considerably with the company now being a significant supplier of industrial gearboxes and electric motors to industry nationally.
